- Artist Data
- We collect information necessary to operate your account, including your name, email address, release metadata, and uploaded audio files.
- Fan Data
- When fans subscribe to an artist's network via our widgets or landing pages, we collect their First Name, Email, City (Required), and State (Required).
- Engagement Data
- Every fan interaction is captured as first-party data owned entirely by the platform.
2. How We Use Information
- Service Delivery
- We use artist and fan data to orchestrate email campaigns, segment fans by engagement tiers, and isolate local geographic density vectors.
- Data Asset Generation
- The platform utilizes this information to build a proprietary, verified, cross-platform fan dataset.
- Milestone Verification
- When platform-confirmed milestones are reached — such as verified fan count thresholds or geographic density signals — the platform automatically issues a tamper-proof verification credential. These credentials are permanently recorded and independently verifiable by any third party via a shareable verification link, with no action required from the artist.
3. Data Ownership
While artists retain full access to their individual fan lists and engagement metrics, the aggregate fan dataset is a proprietary asset owned entirely by artisteOS.
4. Third-Party Integrations
We utilize specialized third-party infrastructure to deliver our services securely:
- We use Google Gemini models for contextual content generation and compliance parsing.
- We use Resend infrastructure to manage automated double opt-in verification sequences and distribution campaigns.
- We use an independent verification infrastructure to issue tamper-proof credentials when platform-confirmed milestones occur. These credentials are permanently recorded and independently queryable by third parties — including venues, labels, and brand partners — via a shareable verification link.
5. Compliance
We enforce a double opt-in confirmation flow for all fan contacts to ensure absolute CAN-SPAM and GDPR compliance.
